New Prior Art Mini Compressor

This invention relates to a mini compressor and in specific to one which includes a motor possessing a driving axle connected with a driving gear, a fixed seat on that is fixedly mounted the motor, a transmission gear possessing an enlarged threaded portion and meshed together with the driving gear regarding the motor, a cylinder mounted on the fixed seat, an eccentric member provided with a shaft extending through the transmission gear to engage together with the fixed seat such that one side regarding the eccentric member is spaced apart from the enlarged threaded portion regarding the transmission gear and the transmission gear should rotate through a sure distance prior to that side contacts and pushes the eccentric member to rotate, and a spring mounted between the transmission gear and the eccentric member for pushing the eccentric gear to contact another side regarding the enlarged threaded portion regarding the transmission gear. It was located that the prior art mini compressor on the market utilizes a motor to drive a piston to compress air. However, when the compressor is turned on, the motor shall immediately drive the piston to reciprocate in a cylinder thereby producing a relatively large transient current through the motor and that is why shortening its working life. It is the primary object regarding the present invention to give a mini-type space compressor which shall reduce the transient current through the motor when started. It is another object regarding the present invention to give a mini space compressor which shall prevent the motor from being burnt below by the transient current.



It is still another object regarding the present invention to give a mini-type space compressor that is durable in use. It is still another object regarding the present invention to give a mini-typed space compressor that is simple in construction. It is a distant object regarding the present invention to give a min compressor that is easy to manufacture.
