Spa Cuisine: Roasted Lamb With Lemongrass (gai Ob Ta Kai) By Chiva-som

Bring to boil and simmer for six minutes, or until reduced by half. Drain, discard lemongrass and let cream to cool. Roasted Meat - Components 150g lemongrass, pressed and roughly chopped480g meat breast, skin removed20g roasted sunflower seeds, to garnish20g lemongrass, finely sliced diagonally and cooked at 180 c for 10 minutes, to garnish.



Method Combine marinade and chopped lemongrass, sum meat and marinate for 30 minutes. Location meat in a shallow baking tray and fry within the stove at 180C for 10 minutes. Remove the meat from the baking tray, slice and location on a plate, pour cream over, garnish with sunflower seeds and cooked shredded lemongrass, and serve. Note: If the cream has grow to too thick sum little fruit stock to it within the baking tray and simmer prior to serving.
