Industrial Ovens In Bakeries

Baking ovens are major equipment for any cake shop process. Primary function of baking stove is to heat the wet dough, batter to a temperature where it becomes baked with desired texture and taste. Baking removes  the moisture which helps in improving shelf life regarding the cooked products plus it kills any microbes  within the dough at a higher heat .Accessories to baking stove are  circulating fan , steam extraction , chimneys , safety explosion doors , fire tube , burners , drive ,temperature controller and indicators , fuel system with  baking moulds  and wire bands. Cake shop ovens selection also takes dimensions into consideration for example height, width, weight, chimney dimensions, foundation method, electrical wiring and automation.Method of baking should be of convection  or radiating  kind . Insulation of stove body shall also be important to save  thermal life .Baking time  is different for different products .
